Tibet in March…

Man must get to Tibet for one time in his life. Wherever you have been, you should never know what height is and what life is.

March, it is a magic season for all of organisms. So dose it for every Tibet travelers. Actually, as long as common people are clear, Tibet is a special place for travelers and trekkers; its environment and climate are special, and what I means it exist many danger in here. However there are still some brave people who come to Tibet and have an exciting journey. You would never know how beautiful the Tibet is in March if you just listen about it by your friends.

In deed, just as some one who has told you, you can enjoy yourself exactly in Tibet when it is March. Little people, cheap ticket, fine climate, and charming views all of these are worth for your coming. Now, let us simulate a romantic Tibet’s March journey. Also you should take your ID card wherever you are. There are some people who want to check you.

It is our First day.

We can take car to get Shigatse from Lhasa; and have a rest in Shigatse. There are so much interesting view and scene point in here. Yamdrok Lake is peace and silence to wait for our coming. We will be surprised by its beauty and pure water. Baiju monastery is located in Gyangz country. We can pray in here together with a pure heart, do remember we must be devout for that. Praying is so sacred for Tibetans. Do as roman’s do, my friend. Also there is Tashilhunpo Monastery, another temple in Shigatse. Wow, do remember take an umbrella if there is a girl; it is not for sunshine, but for wind. Also it is for hiding when female want to have a toilet. We will always on the way, so it is difficult to find a toilet.

 

 

 

  We will have lunch in a Nepal restaurant. Yeah, if there is a partner who has Tibet travel from Nepal, I think it is well to let him order dishes. It is no matter that we can not find address of the Nepal restaurant; our driver will take us to get there! Maybe rice is too hard, but it is really delicious enough. You can have more drink after a meal. Then, we will have rest in hotel, because it is off season, we can spend little money.

Wow, let us start our second day.

We will start our Everest journey in the morning, so we should get up earlier than first day. Same, we would better take car to get Everest, and you may witness some people are going their Tibet trek on the way. Along the road, we also will enjoy nature view and special air of plateau. Then we also meet some one who comes from plain, maybe he or she is come from Chengdu to have Tibet travel. Be careful about altitude reaction; just keep more rest and more energy before our Everest travel. There is still some ice in road and river, with sunshine, it is bright very much. Temple is common in Tibet; also before we arrive in Everest base camp, we will pass through Rongbuk Monastery. Its building is magnificent and special. We can have psychical wash in here although we have some physical torment. All of it will be fine when we listen about the Buddhism ring. Before we can arrive in Everest base camp, we will pass two thousands kilometers road, it is terrible but exciting. Also we will meet some other friends, such as yak and crow. They are out of our car and lived. Take photo for these cute animals, but believe in me, do not get close in them. And then we can have a rest in Tibetan’s home; taste their delicious buttered tea and food. Do remember put more clothes to keep warm.

It is the third day.

We will enjoy the sunrise with the cold wind. Wow, that is cooler than sunrise when we are in train from Shanghai to Lhasa. And then, we will go on with our travel to Everest. In fact, it is difficult to witness the Everest although you spend even a week. It depends on climate and some thing else. So, make gamble by our luck; some one comes to have Tibet and Lhasa travel and aim at Everest, but at last fail. And maybe we can easily witness Everest, but or just like the loser. Who knows? And then we can get down to Lhasa, we should get close to Tibet deeply if we have gotten there.

When we are in Tibet, I suggest we would better do not live in hotel, oh, it is your decision, and you can make it. I think Tibetan lodge is nature and original. Especially, some lodges which are located in Barkhor Street are comfortable and charming. Sunshine will be enough in March.
