new regulation of foreigner’s travel to Tibet

Recently, many foreigners who are trying to have Tibet tours are annoyed by the new regulation issued by Tibet Tourism Bureau that they need to travel to Tibet with a minimum of three other people who are from the same country, and if not, it’s not possible for them to get the Tibet travel permit. Those foreign travelers who have already contracted with their travel agencies have to do something else to ensure that they can travel in Tibet successfully. Tibet is always the dream place for many travelers, while, at the same time, it is also not so easy to make it, which in return makes Tibet more mysterious and attractive.
